Greenwater is a quaint town on the Western outskirts of Oracle, Arizona. It is the only town in Arizona which has electricity and water. Nomads and city dwellers regularly visit the three water tanks (after which the town is named) and, as such, the town has a relatively high volume of foot and vehicle traffic. When utilized more than a few hours per night, the electrical supply becomes sporadic, so it’s usage is limited to three hours after dusk. The electricity is distributed from a nearby power station which receives it’s power from Biosphere. As far as the community knows, the water is fed via an underground supply pipe whose origin is unknown. It’s use is unrestricted as it’s level in the three retention tanks never seems to change.
The town has three functioning buildings:
1. The town’s residents find shelter in the Oracle Ford and Mercury – a car dealership before The Big Mistake.
2. Quality Paint & Body is the seat of government, as it were.
3. Living Word Chapel is the spiritual Nexus of the town.
